Why a translator isn't enough
A CV is not ordinary text. It has a fixed structure and recruiters scan it for specific headings. Pasting the whole thing into a translator leaves you with a document whose content is in English while the headings are still in your own language — or translated so literally that nobody in that country uses them.
Section headings are the first thing a recruiter's eye lands on
How it works
Four steps, no retyping.
Pick your CV
Use a document you already have in the builder, or upload a finished file.
Choose the language
English, German or Dutch — one click.
Review the translation
You see the whole translated document before you download anything.
Download the PDF
Layout and template stay the same — only the language changes.
What you get
The things a plain translator won't do.
Local standard, not a literal copy
The document reads the way CVs are written in the country you are applying to — not like a local document pushed through a translator.
Layout untouched
Same template, same colours, same single page. Translation doesn't break the document.
Three languages
English, German and Dutch — the three destinations people move to most often.
Edit every sentence
The translation is a starting point, not a verdict. Keep company names or job titles as they are if you prefer.
The original stays
Your source version doesn't disappear — the translation is saved alongside it as a separate document.
A file ready to send
You get a PDF that opens the same way on every recipient's machine.
Got a CV already? That's all you need
The builder handles the rest — section headings included.
Translate my CVFrequently asked questions
Are section headings translated as well?+
Yes, and that is the main difference from a plain translator. Headings such as „Work experience” or „Skills” are translated, along with any names you gave the sections yourself.
Which languages can I translate into?+
English, German and Dutch. You can also translate a document back into Polish if you are working from a foreign-language version.
Do I need an account to translate a CV?+
Yes. Translation runs in the user panel and requires an account and an active paid plan. Creating and downloading a CV itself does not.
Will the layout break after translating?+
No. Only the content changes — the template, colours and section order stay as they were. If the text runs longer in the new language, you can shorten it before downloading.
Can I edit the translation before downloading?+
Yes. You see the translated document in full and can edit every field — company names, job titles and industry abbreviations are often better left in the original.
Will I lose my original CV?+
No. The translation is saved as a separate document and your original stays on your account unchanged.
